RAW VEGAN CELERY MILLET BREAD BY HAPPY ZOE!
Omg so delicious raw vegan bread: millet, flax seeds, celery, red pepper, pinch of Himalayan salt. Plus raw vegan eggplant bacon and fresh veggies: carrots, onion, tomatoes, avocado, radish! So delicious and healthy!
Recipe:
Recipe: Organic Celery, 4 Red Peppers, 1 1/2 ground flax seeds, 1 1/2 cup millet ( soaked around 5 hours and clean up in hot water to remove bitterness )1 1/2 cup mineral water, pinch of sea salt. Blend all ingredients in your power blender like Vitamix and dehydrate about 10-12 hours. After 6 hours turn it over the other side to dehydrate equally. It just needs to be crispy. It should be 104F Temperature
